Figure looks decent and I know the head is a resculpt of the VvV era or whatnot, but he doesn't look menacing enough for a name like "Blackout" to me.

I was in Wal-Mart last night wondering who the Superman General Zod head sculpt would look good on and I think I just found the body.

seeing as how Black-out was a Joe turned Cobra having a headsculpt that looks nothing like a cobra is a pretty good thing.
