I noticed I'll believe it when I see it.

FSS2? I'm still waiting to get wave 2 in. Maybe I'm to realistic about this, but I think it will be till Joecon before they announce something.

This.
So ridiculous. Show us already. I need to know whether I should re-up or not, and I need to allow time to send in the check. |

Don't believe any dates you see in the magazine.
Meanwhile, where the heck is Wave 3?

My guess on Iceberg is that the figure isn't going to be that great and they are trying to get all the re-ups they can before revealing it. By now, they certainly have a prototype head that could be painted by someone in the office or a talented friend so folks could see what is coming soon. It is clear that they are dragging their feet this year - and it seems pretty intentional.
I would assume we will see FSS 2 at JoeCon. It seems likely that by JoeCon we should be either close to being done or finished with the first round of FSS. With 1/4 of the figures already acknowledged, it isn't a stretch to think they could announce the remaining 9. I doubt we will see much in terms of images, though. This is simply the year that the Club got in way over its head. They just keep getting behind due to their web site issues, production issues, shipping issues, and administrative issues. I'm at least glad they are moving forward with the FSS - the same can't be said of the TFCC side!

I agree that the lack of a reveal for Iceberg is puzzling. If they plan on having him for sale at the con, as they have said, then surely by now he had to be done and in production.
Getting a reveal of FSS2 at the Con seems likely as well. The first one will conclude at the end of May. Depending on when they plan on starting the second one.... hopefully not too long of a wait, I think they may actually even have them in production now. I'm sure it would be less expensive for them if they were able to have the OG sets, the NF sets, Iceberg and the FSS2 figures all done and shipped together. I guess we will see soon. I don't think they are over their heads, I just think they have lousy software and IT support. Most of their issues seem to always go back to some kind of IT problem. |

Yeah, I read that too, but I'm not holding my breath for them to reveal the line-up. Maybe they're reveal it at the Con, and even then, I bet it's just the names, no protos (other than the Dragonsky one they showed last year).
My membership was automatically renewed about 2 weeks ago, so I'm in for Iceberg, regardless of how he turns out. Hope it's not crap. If it is, I'll just resell it. I'm a little annoyed they haven't shown him yet, in previous years the sub figure was definitely revealed by now. Also, not to be too negative, and I have no real reasoning for this, but I have a bad feeling at least one of the FSS1 waves will be delayed for some reason. They were great with getting (most of) us the first 4 in a pretty timely matter (well, that is after the year or so delay), but can they do it 6 months in a row? I don't want to expect too much from these guys. |

Why even mention FSS 2.0? Leave that for the Roundtable at JoeCon. They already have enough going right now. Reissue of Oktober Guard sets, FSS for this month, prepping for JoeCon, etc. They just have too much on their plate right now that some how it's gonna back fire on them.
