It's a comic book, even back in the 80s/90s, I never had a comic book that was more then a 5-7 minute read.

Most of DDPs were very text heavy. Didn't need to be that heavy.
Longest ever took me to read a comic book was 10 minutes. I think something like Watchmen, with the text pieces, was around 15 minutes.

I agree, 1 and 2 were kind of short! I am re reading the Marvel run right now and they are taking far more time to read. Maybe the antisipation builds up so much that you burn through it when it finally arrives!
