I'm assuming it had some kind of GPS so the folks who launched could track its landing spot.
Maybe? I don't know. Hah! That would have been perfect, although probably not as recognizable.

That was bloody awesome! I assume that is the highest a GIJOE action figure has been from planet Earth? Unless astronauts ever carried some in to space.
Cool project guys. I'm curious too how it was retrieved? Even with a GPS chip onboard to track it, wouldn't it possibly come down hundreds of miles away? |
