G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Sound Effect Logo

Thanks to Generals Joes.com we get a nice look at the G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Sound Effect Logo. As we have seen at ToyFair 2007, the first G.I. Joe "Battle Pack" will come with a nice display box including the G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary Sound Effect Logo that plays the G.I. Joe theme song. Figures for this set include DUKE, SNAKE EYES, GUNG HO, SCARLET and ROAD BLOCK.

Does the Cobra set not have one of these? I was kind of under the assumption that the two 5 packs were both in box sets...each with the sound device.
