Agreed, his covers are pretty amazing. The interior art on the otherhand is servicable. I remember when we first started seeing Cobra pop up in this new series they were written as a viable threat. One of my favorite issues was when Snake Eyes fought a Viper hand to hand and it was an actual fight, not just Snake Eyes easily taking out a Viper. It brought Snake Eyes down to a more human level and upped the Viper to an actual threat and not just cannon fodder. Maybe they backed themselves into a corner with that after retuning Snake Eyes to his super human ninja status. Now it seems like they've gone in a complete opposite direction; the Vipers are nothing more than cannon fodder, and have become pretty incompetent.

Well, with this story arc coming to a close, I hope they get another artist. Will Rosado's art just doesn't work in the Joe universe.

I agree with Jinx723. I know taste is very subjective but in my personal opinion this Rosado doesnt do it for me. There are SO many artists out there that I think would have a more universally appealing approach to drawing GI Joe. IMO only.
