I watched RoC on mute through the entire film. It works better that way.

11 minutes of GI Joe ninja fighting... this might end up being the greatest movie of all time!

The silent issue was my fave and I am thrilled with the IDEA of this fight sequence, but, I too, am a bit concerned about how 11 minutes of a two man fight sequence is going to hold the tension and attention of ...of... wait, what was I talking about?

I'm guessing the "11 minute" sequence features the entire Snake Eyes/Jinx/Red Ninja fight in addition to Storm Shadow and SE. And it's probably not straight fighting the whole time; I'd assume there's a bit in the middle where SS and SE stop fighting.

I had that feeling too... The more 'dedicated' fans may well be 'coo-ing' at the "homage" to the silent issue, but 11 minutes is a very large chunk of of a 2-hour (max?) movie to dedicate to such a thing. If it isn't structured in a lot of smaller beats, it could bore the casual audience silly.

Yep, Issue #21. I also liked the strange interlude w Storm Shadow and Scarlett in that issue. He seemed to be making a move (until she bit him). I don't recall his being fascinated with her ever explored before or since- but it was interesting.
