this has to be the worst question i saw in this QnA ~ seriously, has anyone asked for these characters outside of Pythona? i mean Cool Breeze was a total "Red Shirt" and i've never even heard of Mangler or Space Shock Troopers... I think Hasbro's done a commendable job with pumping out the obscure with the big guns (Scarface being my notable favorite)

Joe Resolute universe and will be written by Larry Hama. 2.) Are there any plans to resume putting original comics in the comic packs? Who will write the comics? Yes, starting in 2009 we will have brand new comics written by Larry Hama and produced by our partners at IDW. 3.) Are there any plans on releasing the comics from the comic packs as a series of trade paperbacks? There are no plans for this right now, but it is possible down the line. 4.) Any plans for a possible Adventure Team Comic anywhere down the line? No plans for this at this time. 5.) How do you plan to introduce new characters, to the comics, tied in with the merchandise? Should we expect to see two or three separate lines of toys based on all mediums? During the marvel run it seemed like the toys pushed the comics, but now with the Movie / Cartoon/ 3 comic adventures / and the 25th line how do you plan on proceeding? You will see a single toy line next year once we get to the movie. From a comic perspective you will see a number of IDW comics. Quote:
I always thought of Chuckles as the winner of some sort of internal contest at Hasbro.
"hey, lets see the blandest, most boring figure that you can come up with"... But hey, I bought him the first time around, no reason not to this time. Oh, and I wouldn't be surprized to see a couple variants on him... Seriously. There are and endless number of Hawaiian shirts out there. my emphasis was more on the Resolute and IDW-verse being almsot the exact same thing though ~ Given REsolute is only going to have 5 hours over 5 years (if it goes according to plan) seems like there oughta be a TON of room for IDW to work with.

LOL, from the sound of their name, i would have thought the same thing. If that were the case, i would say blah, but the Space Shock Troopers were kinda cool looking. It would be a great army builder...

yeah, those poor sons of ... remember how CC and Destro said that beaming those troopers up to defend the satellite would exhaust the last remaining catalytic elements? How did they get them down? Did they just drift off into space? I've always wondered that... and yeah, they were very cool looking troopers.

2.fans have multiple zartan figures and all of the original dreaknoks. So when can collectors complete the zartan's familiy tree with zandar and zarana figures?
Hasbro: With some key joe's and cobra's still left to do, it does not look like we will be doing zandar and zarana. nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo |

Pretty close. Wave 9 in July, I got Wave 10 from HTS in late September/early October, Wave 11 is scheduled to ship from HTS on 11/24. Retail stores have been far too spotty all around.

I'll just answer for them: "We do our very best to ensure the highest quality and in this economy we also are very sensetive to keeping a reasonable price that will reflect the quality that fans desire." Would any company answer any differently?
