Hello all!
This is coming from our new store software to all active members. We have been transferring and cleaning up data in order to use our new system. We want to have one more set of eyes to look at your addresses and figure choices for 2012. Please go to this link and log in using the email address this email came to, and your old club password (unless you have changed it in the new store). As we continue to bring up new systems and software, this will remain your membership log in and password. You may change either at anytime by logging in. However, each membership you have must have a unique email address as that will be your log in from here forward. If you don't know your password, use the retrieval link and then log in and change it. After you log in, please check all of the tabs and make sure your information is accurate. You will have until Tuesday at 5 pm central time to make any changes to your address(es) and this year's free figure choice. After that time we will lock the files and create the mailing lists for this year's membership figures and your April issue. Your April issue will run about 2 weeks late. Next month, we should be back on our regular schedule. We have limited the access in this first implementation of the club store. There are still some issues we have to work out this week before we put product in. We want to make sure all of the data is correct before we move forward. If you have more than one membership and have trouble getting into your second account or if you have accounts in both clubs, please contact customer service and we will assist you. It is more efficient for you to email us. Don't reply to this email, use the links on the bottom of all of our pages. In addition, approximately 150 of you will expire this next week (check your Bill Date in your profile). The new system automatically renews you on your billing anniversary provided you have a valid credit card on file. If you don't want to leave it on file, you can come back after it is billed (you can see the charge in your account) and delete it. Thanks for your support and help! Something to add to that, anyone who set up a new membership with the mail-in form, here's something that happened with me that they should look into if they never got a confirmation e-mail:
1) The forms I downloaded originally omitted the email and phone number form fields. They eventually added them and updated the PDF, but I had to write them in because the form I downloaded and printed neglected these 2 essential contact fields. I filled out 2 separate forms, paid for 2 memberships (1 renewal, 1 new one set up in my girlfriend's name) and gave 2 separate, distinct email addresses, although both ship to the same physical shipping address (this shouldn't be a problem. Ever.). 2) I got an email for my account renewal. My girlfriend never got hers for the second (all-new) account. I emailed them last night concerning her account because I got the above email (at my old account/renewal email address) saying that you need to log in to confirm your address and which figure (knowing they'd fuck it up, I logged in, and sure enough, they had typos on my address and didn't even put in my phone number). 3) They replied back this morning, that "I can't have 2 accounts with the same email address" (which I never did, and I am smart enough to understand how email/logins work thus why I submitted 2 memberships using 2 different names and emails) and that instead, they created a dummy email for me, and that I needed to go to their site to request the password. 4) At their site, you submit the bogus email address they created for you, and it emails the password to that email address. Which does no good, because it goes nowhere that you can access since they created the account (or it could be fake altogether), so how are you supposed to retrieve the password with the system they've established? It's not that hard, folks. This is common sense, not something that an online business should be fucking up. |

I sent in two seperate forms with two seperate MO's |

Did you use 2 different emails, too, I'm guessing?
I worried about stupidity creeping in when I got their original email about not being able to create 2 accounts using the same mailing address. Mailing addresses should never be an issue. I imagine that many people will have multiple memberships sent to the same address, whether it's 2 for themselves (mine is actually my own, and a gift from my girlfriend) or for children (I can picture that many collectors may have more than one child who may also want the figure), etc. Having multiple email accounts as a requirement? That's simple logic, especially considering how logins work off unique emails. Multiple mailing addresses shouldn't be an issue, but sure enough, my concerns played out. What I don't get, is how they can't understand how their own system works. How do they think you retrieve a password from an email account that you don't know exists? If I had been a new member without my email already in their mailing list, how the hell would I have gotten email notifications in the first place? Idiots. |

I emailed them to ask why I hadn't gotten an email to my wife's email address and they sent a message that says both accounts are "active" Well, following their advice here today, i tired to login again with the second account and it would not recognize the address so I messaged them AGAIN |

crap. I had a trooper level account and sent an PDF form via mail to update to officer before the march deadline for Footloose.
none of my login info works. My gijcc login is not available for use and my email says it is not associated with an account. I did get and email telling me to login and update my account a while back, but I could not and my check was cashed. I sent support an email. We will see. |

I just updated mine, but for some strange reason it keeps leaving my first name blank on my shipping info everytime I click submit.
