the star wars section is always in stock where joe is never in stock. I think Joe is a little different beast then SW. Im not saying you wont be able to find these vehicles, But i think time has proven that anything that says GI JOE on it sells out pretty quick |

let me edit that: everything except for the scarlett & hawk + duke vs. CC comic packs haha. for the most part, finding joes is rough. you cant deny that. If i wanted a BAT right now i could hit 5 stores and not get one. If i wanted Anakin Skywalker Version 75 i could hit 5 stores and get 30 of them. The $150 BMF is stacked to the roof in every store around me. But i guarantee if they had a $300 Flagg or $150 terror drome you would have to kill someone to get it. |

But im not going to get into a debate here because theres no point. The fact of the matter is Joe is huge right now. Theres a HUGE demand for it, and Hasbro just isnt doing much about it. Not everything may sell out obviously. But 95% of the items hit the floor and vanish. Just look at all the people on this thread still trying to find wave 6,7,& 8 let alone the mysterious wave 9. If they pumped out Joes, and stocked them like they do Star Wars, Batman, Indiana Jones, Ben Ten, WWF, Transformers, and so on, i would have to 100% agree with you Edit: also take into consideration a Flagg hasnt been made in 20+ years. there have been many Falcons released, this one is just big and makes noise. Also consider people pay way more than $300 for an OG Flagg. Just saw an AFA graded one for for $15,000. If it was $500 i dont think it would sell very well, but i think there is a big enough collector base that a $300 price tag wouldnt stop a lot of people. well 300 is alot to me.....lol but if a flagg came out i would find a way to get ahold of one. how much was the flagg when it came out in the 80s? i know joes were like 2.87 at toyr r us and now they are 6.84 so basically ad 120% to the price of the orginal flagg and thats what it might be

this is all my opinion ofcourse. $300 is indeed a lot of money. it was a year ago and it even more so now. yes the bmf may just be one of many released but this one came with a advertising push and a movie coming and it still is not doing well. dumping a $300 joe toy on us well before the movie and with little to no advertising is not going to work. if we are talking x-mas timeframe, the rules ofcourse change. you can't make comparisons now with that of an x-mas release as the market is entirely different. only lend to my point more if they made it a limited x-mas release... it would have a much better shot. make it a store exclusive and only in nov-dec and i think your right. let it out now and everywhere, i could not disagree more. edit- i would like nothing more than to be proven wrong. i'm just a pesimist on this issue.

to be honest, as cool as something big like that would be, I think I'd rather have many more smaller things. I think I'd rather have more variety of stuff to choose from. If something huge was released and I could afford it, I'd buy it...unless it just wasn't something of interest to me.

Yeah, I was going to get these off the website, but because of their size, the shipping just kills it for me. I'll wait till they show up in store.

Then that's what they should do. But will they? Probably not.
