Comic Packs:
Snake-Eyes/Hardmaster ~ Snake eyes is great (would have prefered a tad darker grey. Hard MAster works, but i think they should have used the same mold as SE, the SEv3 is too modern looking
Wild Bill/Scrap Iron ~ WB is useless, but Scrap Iron looks pretty good (wish his visor was on....)
Beach Head/Mainframe (Dataframe? seriously???) ~ Mainframe looks solid enough. don't really like Beachheads colors but am ccurious about the alternate head.

Wave 11
Pilot Scarlet ~ ugh. crap.
Cobra Flint ~ ugh. Cartoon crap.
Zartan v2 ~ Ugh. worse then i even thought it would be. Should have left the belly shirt in the 80s were it belonged.
Matt Trakker ~ surprisingly good retarded heli-pack aside. love the Mask Logo on the card!
Eels ~ pretty good ~ about what i expected ~ the gear really makes it, but the removable helmet is an ace touch.
Airborne ~ Spectacular. based of the wave, possibly a top-5er of the line.

Vehicles:
Water Moccasin ~ one of my childhood favorites, but just looks ridiculously small for a 25th figure. and that isn't Python Patrol Copperhead.

FANG/CLAW ~ awesome to see these vehicles again, but did the let the interns deco the figures? the Viper is especially horrific. both of these are gettin' tossed. GEEZ. the CLAW pilot really just needs to NOT have a red helmet, the stripes on the sleeves and pants are kinda cool. these would have been much stronger army builders if they hadn't mucked up the pilots...

Sky Hawk ~ looks nicely updated (the skids are a tad "EXTREME" though) Lift Ticket looks shockingly good. great even.

AWE Stryker ~ I already registered my disgust with this in the previews thread. Gung Leatherneck Ho still kinda fills me with rage. a quiet nerdly rage....

I see Flint makes a return appearance in the Ultimate Battle Pack ( you can see his arm and Shotgun behind Short Fuse) what's up with that?

I must be in the minority. I think that Wild Bill repaint looks great.

I'm just not feeling the love for Matt Trakker. I don't understand why they're bringing in characters from other franchises, especially since in MASK, the figures were really just accessories that came with the vehicles. If they're gonna blend the different lines, how about Marissa Faireborn from Transformes season 3? She, at least, already has ties to GI Joe.

I wish to make sweet sweet love to that Sky Hawk.

Matt Trakker is LOVE. A MUST buy. The others are really pretty cool too on the whole an awesome wave.

Oppinion on Trakker seems pretty evenly split along the lines of:

50% - "I'm an 80's kid who liked MASK back in the day, great to see them remembered and given a new home as part of Joe. Neat surprise. Do more!"

vs.

50% - "I'm a hardcore Joe fan and nothing originating outside the classic line/characters should be done! It's wasted assortment space that could have given us Big Lob, darn it!" ;)

I know I exagerate, but in general that seems to be the split. If you couldn't guess I'm the former. I'd LOOOOVE to see Miles Mayhem, Spike Witwicky, and Jem (looking at pilot Scarlett's leggings hopefully) show up in future waves. Seriously I'd buy every single 80s crossover Joe they made.

Very surprised that I actually do want Matt Trakker. Although I was expecting her in the Quarrel colours, Pilot Scarlett is a want too. I honestly thought they were going to just slap blue paint on her and call it a day.

Wow, the Flint as Cobra Trooper and Matt Trakker card art look a little..erm, fruity. I think it's just the poses, though.

Still won't stop me from getting them, though. hehe
