Saw these at a local toy store today. I'm not a 12" collector, but the figures not only look great but the packaging is great and they look fantastic on the shelves. seeing these only makes me believe more that this type of "real" military/civil service concept should be the direction Hasbro takes the brand, even in the 4" line, and give RAH a rest. |

I'd be in favor of a 4" line like this in addition to RAH/ROC/POC to fill out dios. Don't know what kind of interest there would be but if they are the same quality as the GI Joe line I'd buy it.

By "local store", do you mean mass retailer or speciality shop? I've been on a big 12" kick lately and am really looking forward to these.

Hmmm, so how long before we see the 4" figures. I'm still surprise there aren't any pre-order on any of the online stores.

By the looks of the small price tag on the box I don't think it's a big retail store

There was a line around when I was kid called Military One, by Portoplay. They were generic military themed figures with Star Wars articulation. I loved using them with my Joes (along with the Sgt. Rock figure by Remco.)
Military One Which is a long way of saying that I too would like Hasbro to start hitting some generic "line of duty" type figures. |
