I agree, it would be a very nice addition to the Joe line. Well suited for a modern day VAMP.

I just received a new Image of the HX.
Also if you look at the 1st pics there are 2 kinds of HX Hummers. These may be the very same XH Hummers that were used for G.I. Joe. One of the set reports from G.I. Joe stated there were 2 versions. The US filming has finished so they might have sent them to Bethleham PA for Transformers filming. Will there be Transformers G.I. Joe crossover for both films? Only time will tell........... I'm expecting even better pics soon.

A G.I. Joe/ Transformer cross-over would be... well, pretty amazing, as long as they don't screw it up.
As for the pictures, they look good, and match the movie's style. |

I was at the first day of the Transformers 2 shoot, I live right outside Bethelhem, Pa, and I didn't see this little gem. But it looks cool. What I did see though were multiple trial runs of Apache Helicopters, and duel which looked like PaveHawk choppers with cameras mounted on the sides flying from about 4 in the afternoon throughout the night.
Bethlehem Steel was lit from the inside, which was cool to see, and had that very typical Michael Bay gloss to the set up. Reminded me of the launch pads in Armageddon as far as lighting design is concerned, or the beginning of TF 1. The choppers rolled overhead, and inside through a tunnel where the old steel trains used to come in and unload. Would have been cool to see what the choppers looked like in the building. But I was parked on a hill standing on top of my Jeep Cherokee just to get a clear look past the crowd and security gates. |

These may not be the happiest of times at HUMMER, but it looks like the brand's bitchin' HX concept is going to get some silver screen love. No, not in G.I. Joe, but in Transformers 2. "Destro," a Joe fan over at HISStank.com, posted some TF2 set pics that clearly show the HX on hand in the role of a military vehicle.
