Q: Will you release a FLAGG?
A: NO! Honestly, I'd like a definate "yes" or "no". I know market trends change so everything is always subject to change. But having as close to a definate answer as can get would help out the fandom so could stop holding out hope or keep onto hope depending on the answer.

Change the color scheme on Blowtorch and slap the words Running Chase on it and it's an instant hit. I WANT ONE. The should have just skipped the Red and Yellow one. But I guess it does give alot of people who weren't able to get their hands on the 25th one a second chance to get him.

ARAH FLAGG no, Resolute FLAGG maybe, but even then I don't think it ever got past the stage they're showing. Look at that thing, it's small too. I think fans want it because of it's play feature(s) and because it's a FLAGG but other than that, it looks too small for me to like. That Screaming Eagle jet on there isn't big.

as it stands,.. its probably still a no no until WAL MART GETS ITS ACT TOGETHER AND THE OTHER RETailer go back to supporting the line.. the BIGGEST problem is that most fans have that 'I'll wait until clearance" attitude about it.. which defeats the whole purpose. Most retailers wnt carry it if they cant make money off it.

Then the 'Tanks reporting was wrong.
From the front page: I wasn't there, so can only speak on what was reported. Honestly, I'd like a definate "yes" or "no". I know market trends change so everything is always subject to change. It was to late to stop production on the two versions we are getting, but the later waves will only have concept Blowtorch and Python Patrol Croc Master. The complaints on the Joe boards after Toy Fair are what prompted the change. Edit: Here you go look at the pic... it says running change. |

The Howler would've been awesome to have-especially if it came with a new Joe & I'd like to have seen Sgt Stone's bike made as a toy & released w/Sgt Stone himself to be honest.
You never know we might see these in GIJoe2. |

You know, the IG 5-pack may not be a strong set, but that last one, the one using the Resolute Destro tooling, would make a great single-card release. I'd buy a a handful.
If they went ahead with the release of the Resolute Flagg, I wouldn't complain one second. We should all realize we'll never ever see a 7' aircraft carrier playset again. The small version might not be quite as realistic, but for all the VTOL jets that the Joes use, this wouldn't be too out of the question. |
