Live actions and the animated ones?
I like to know where Roadblock?s wife in the Retaliation? Who took care of those kids when he went on assignment with Joes? I know that Cobra Commander survived the fight between him and Serpentor?s snake spear, but the movie could have showed the fight more . It would have been nice to see the fight and to see him defeat the snake. It was rough not knowing since it left fans hanging. Maybe seeing Cobra Commander eat it and burp. Then crawling off to digest his meal and hibernating.

I've said this before. The ninja used as intelligence operatives.

Better representation of the source material, like the comics and the cartoon. Not made up shit, then slap GI Joe on the label.

Great topic! I still rewatch the two live-action movies(not Snake-Eyes…sorry), but I also have a few movies I watch that I basically make GI Joe in my head-canon: Casino Royale (Chuckles, I know I’m not the first…) but also Mission Impossible 3. I feel like Phillip Seymour Hoffman as Cobra Commander works great, and the IMF team as Joes works for me.
I also love GI Joe Resolute. I’m still amazed that something made to be shown in six minute chunks or whatever ends up being my favorite GI Joe movie. I’d love to see it remade as a live-action movie. |

The '87 movie should've focused on the Cobra Civil War.
Chuckles should've been voiced by Don Johnson. Falcon shouldn't have been Duke's flaky little brother. We should've seen Zarana's bare-ass and/or side-boob, as was originally planned. |
