Not really sure what to think. I enjoyed it but just felt like it was some random action movie.
Oh, and I particularly disliked the Arashikage stone thing.

The 1st Arashikage test was ok and made sense. The 2nd and 3rd were pretty lame.
"The Arashikage Mindset" also sounded really lame. The Way of the Arashikage would have sounded better like Way of the Dragon. |

The short film did ironically include more live action footage of the Snake Eyes suit than the movie

I saw the Nightcreeper and the Red Ninja toys tonight at Walmart. I will say that they could be fun for kids and they both looked pretty nicely designed. That red ninja would have been cool to have released as a 4 inch figure during the poc/30 (with more detail) or just in the retaliation line. When they showed them I honestly thought they would be 6 inch cheap figures but they really do not come close. Oh well you win some you lose some. Off to cancel the pre order for them at BBTS.

This may have been discussed, but what I don't get is why the toy Storm Shadow from the movie was made entirely using pissed-on-white plastic? The movie outfit IS WHITE, with some off white for the paddings and such. But overall, the outfit is white!

Watched it again, we gave the kids the Blu-ray of the movie for Christmas.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this movie was not made for fans of the toy line or the comics. It was made for my kids, who know nothing of the original storyline. Honestly, the second viewing has made me like it even less. It’s not even a good story from a generic standpoint, it literally could have been any intellectual property or none at all. I really wish that Hasbro would just stop. Make some more Transformers movies if they just absolutely have to be involved in movies, but every movie they have attempted to make with this franchise has just sucked. Honestly, if an action movie is so bad that Bruce Willis can’t even save it, stop trying. |

Whoa! Never even knew this film was a thing! Across the pond here in the UK it just appeared on Amazon Prime, seemingly out of nowhere.
