I'm hedging my initial reaction to the trailers as to what figures to get at this point in time... Based on who is typically hard to get and any of the figures being made that are not really from the movie but are 25th Anniversary figures thrown into the mix of Movie figures.
So Far, this is what I have seen: Resolute Figures: Snake Eyes from the Target 4-pack... very close to resolute except head. Gung-ho from Walmart 2-pack. 25th Annivesary Figures: Helix Sgt. Thunderblast - Thunder. Are there any others that are not really movie figures? Out of the Movie figures, I think I'm just sticking with the figures that look cool.... Paris Pursuit Snake Eyes, Paris Pursuit Baroness, Stormshadow hooded, and Cobra Commander.... I don't see any other figures really that look that good without seeing the movie. J |

There are no 25th figures in the movie line. There are some that are Modern Era.
Helix is from the Video Game. Sgt. Flash is from the Video Game. Gung-Ho is from the Video Game (not Resolute). There's alot that aren't shown in the movie. Any figure that isn't Snake-Eyes, Duke, Hawk, Scarlett, Cover Girl, Neo-Viper, Heavy Duty, Breaker, Ripcord, Sgt. Stone, Storm Shadow, Baroness, Cobra Commander or Destro is a ME character given RoC treatment.

Forgot to add: Zartan, Grunt, Speed Metal, MARS Officer, MARS Trooper, Air Raid, Frostbite and Rollbar. Technically: Tunnel Rat, Grand Slam, Shockblast, Monkey Wrench, Copperhead, Beachhead, EEL w/ Sub aren't given RoC treatment as much as they're just repaints or first appearances.

Steel Brigade's got an updated list in a thread called "2008/2009 What we know" (or something like that). It's stickied somewhere.

It's the same colors as the vintage figure.
