So, if Cobra Commander is the Baroness's brother, does that make him Baron Eugene DeCobray?

Gung-ho was used in the prequel. I can't remember Shipwreck being mentioned at all in the movie book, but he is reported to being in the movie. Sgt. Stone plays a role in the book. The book was just a fast overview of the movie. I mean, many of the vehicles in the book just get someone from A to Z without really being used in combat. The night raven is used by Ripcord more than MARS. I can't remember Wild Weasel or Firefly being mentioned at all.

I'm almost afraid to ask, but what sort of f%@$ed up history have they written for Snake Eyes / Storm Shadow? Please tell me they at least threw out the "vow of silence" crap.

To me the plot makes more sense. The characters are connected better than before. I'm not too big a fan of SS training the baroness, but it's not necessarily a horrible thing. Just means she'll kick more ass. A lot of the plot changes are minor. I can't wait for August 7th.
