I'm pretty unimpressed, but I'll probably buy it to have a camouflaged Armadillo. I always liked the Armadillo, always.
Thunder is the type of figure that illustrates exactly what's wrong with the 25th line. It's irritating to me that the same line that can give us an absolutely perfect figure - for example something like the V3 Snake Eyes or Airborne - and do a lazy repaint like this. I would rather they give us a tan "desert" version of Resolute Duke than try to pass the mold off as Thunder.

What the hell is he looking up at?
Starring up into space? Other than that, its a decent figure. Not as accurate as I would have liked, but definitely decent.

He's a decent enough of an update. Seriously, everyone saying he was their favorite, I don't remember this guy AT ALL from the cartoon or comic. Obviously he wasn't everyone's fav. The set is a little overpriced, but seriously, as someone who's had to pay $12 a pop for Eels, he ain't that bad by a longshot. At the very most he might need a headswap.

Not really...this is not a decent enough update..not this thing and you'd think Hasbro could come up with one closer to this one. This one is so easy to make a 3 yr old could do it.

This is a good base for a custom Thunder.
It just looks to have been done lazily. Months between and we get halfway almost there figures. Maybe somewhere down the line he will be fixed. Kinda sad really.

I saw all these vehicles at a Myer store today here in sydney Australia but $AU41.00 each was a bit to steep for me.Though that mole pod was tempting.

Not bad at all!!
Thunder is OK, not perfect but OK. As the rest of us, I miss the antennas, but is better to have this Thunderblast than another repaint of Steeler. |
