Mods, I had no idea where to put this, but since it has something to do with the film, I put it here.
I was on the site "Channing Tatum Unwrapped" and saw that he had donated an autographed headshot and G.I. Joe figure for a charity that helps children in Africa that have pediatric AIDS. Up for bids, still! Now, while that's a wonderful thing to do, (And I believe that Christopher Eccleston is also one that's been big on charities in that cast ) I'm nitpicking because the fig is a signed 25th anniversary figure that looks nothing like him. Signed Headshot of Channing Tatum and Signed G.I.Joe Figure - Listing # 989 I am now wondering if they should've waited until the actual movie figure was released to do this...I don't know if there's any worth to a regular figure instead of one in the actor's likeness. Your thoughts?

They totally should have waited for a movie figure. He is not the Duke we all know. And he won't be, hollywood will screw his character up in some way.

Hmm, that is one to think about...although that character's always wearing a mask...though given how gorgeous Ray is UNDER it, I'd like to see a post-reconstructive surgery unmasked Snake Eyes figure....

I think Ray could pull it off.... but thats it...
It's cool he's doing it for cherity and all.... but it is funny in the fact that they will most likely have a new figure for him.... I found it funny, I forgot the movie "Battle in Seattle" was coming out.... I remember the WTO riots.... crazy stuff!

I think by signing that he actually made it worth less.

Well IMO, I think it's cool that Ray Parks signed a 25th Snake Eyes. I mean isn't he playing SnakeEyes in the movie? I mean the costume that he wears is almost the same as the fig. IMO, I think it's fine that he signed it. Just my opinion.
