Spider-man 3 was pretty crappy though (IMO)

Yeah I actually enjoyed Superman Returns Kevin Spacey was great and so was Brandon Routh. If I had to rate the Spidey movies it would go 1,3, and then 2

Really? I loved Spider-Man 2... the scene where he stopped the train was incredible! Of course, one good scene does not a move make, correct? There were a great number of cool scenes though. I just though 3 was rushed... Gwen Stacy though... whew. Feelin' a little hot under the collar just thinking about her!

And speaking of Mr. Routh, this was my wife & he at Comic Con a couple of years ago!

Shit, Routh looks kinda scrawny Thats cool you guys met him though.
That train scene in Spidey 2 is great. I think it just has something to do with the black costume that pushes 3 just a little bit above 2 for me. Yes Ms. Howard (Gwen Stacy) is quite easy on the eyes.

He was really cool... but looked like a deer caught in headlights. This was just after the movie came out, so it was right as the big hype was happening. Super-nice guy.

He wasn't even supposed to be there, he just showed up... we have a pair of awesome posters that he signed for us.

I'm glad I missed the whining and fighting on this thread, but sad I didn't see the pics earlier.

I am cautiously optimistic about the film. And if nothing else works, sweet jeebus, Baroness is HAWT.

Actually, after seeing those pictures, it does look like it's going to be a pretty cool movie.

But as I've said, I'm not in the least bit surprised at the outrage given that even the Resolute designs are being criticised by some. Seems only the classic look is right for some folk and anything else must "suck".

I've always seen Cobra Commander's Chrome Dome as a mirror which reflects society's true desires. His creepy way of reminding his foes that he is indeed an everyman. In that regard, I think a mirrored helmet is infinitely more terrifying than a smiling skull. Of course, I'm of the opinion that the movie will suck whether it sticks to GI Joe's roots or not...I'll see it, and I'll complain.
