I would vote Oliver Stone. I'd like it to be political, and a blood bath. Theres enough characters to go arround to kill a whole lot of them. Ala.. Full metal jacket, apocalypse now, Platoon style.
Not saying I'm right, and I know why it would never be like that. but WHAT, and WHO would you like to see? |

I guess I said Paul Verhoeven because I think G.I.Joe has a lot of satiric aspects, though it can definitely still be taken seriously.
Just think of Robocop (Verhoeven). Flick's serious as shit, yet it has a lot of black humor and so on. I think Verhoeven would deliver a very interesting film in that sense. Especially anything Cobra-Commander-related. But we know it'd never happen. Just a weird summer night wet fanboy dream of sorts.

as long as ule bowl (bloodrayne) and paul "Never give him any damn franchise movie series (resident evil movies AVP1 both sucked ass)" w.s. Anderson stay as far as fracking hell from this movie then it dont matter. I mean this movie couldnt suck worse than it already does why make it worse by adding horrid directors. :>
