30th ANNIVERSARY = vast potential for single carded (comic) figures. If the 25th can do single (comic) figures; so can the 30th do even more single carded (comic) figures. Its even easier; thanks to General Hawk's (new cartoon) figure...

I think a dress uniform for all the joes we already have and for new ones would be amazing. Some would argue the point these wouldn't sell well with kids and that us big kids aren't enough in number to support having so many dress uniforms - Personally I think these would fly off the shelves and I probably couldn't even get my hands on them because hasbro don't send any joes over this side of the pond - I'm sure a few tankers would help me out though - I'd love to do the whole 25th line again this time all in dress uniforms.

True that.
Aso, I'd settle for four comic packs featuring each of these characters in adventures that feature them in their dress uniform and field gear. Like... SSG Shooter in her combat fatigues with a ghille suit and dress uniform to represent the Army. Lt. Torpedo in tigerstripe camo with a snorkel and SMG for a combat uniformand in his whites for the Navy. Leatherneck in MARPAT with updated gear for Combat, and in dress blues to cover the Marines. and, Slip Stream in modern flight gear with removable helmet, and blues for the Air Force. That's just me though.

Now that's an absolute MUST HAVE figure for the mainline's "movie wave" come the sequel. I'm so happy Hama is still alive. Hopefully he'll witness seeing such a cool more complete figure of his good old self. ***(knocks on wood) *** Like Mainframe's unique 'typing hand,' Hama's figure should have a special hand. In honor of all Hama wrote; his swivel-wrist hand should permanently hold a nostalgic YELLOW NO. 2 PENCIL a la 80s style. For the other hand a few plastic FILE FOLDERS (tampo-printed with molded-in paperwork, photos, ect.) like the paper-clipped folders seen in the new toon. That would be really cool to see the new toon's "Dress Uniform" General Hawk next to the sequel's "Dress Uniform" General Hama figure. I'm definately buying 2 so 1 can be signed by the (still) living legend - Larry Hama...

I can hardly wait to see "Dress Uniform" Hawk next month; Toy Fair. I hope they gave his figure the same attention to detail evident in the fine execution found in POC. I really like the recent Beach Head; the small details / pieces on his chest. Such details can bode well if applied to the chest decorations on "Dress Uniform" Hawk.
