Remember when you were a kid in the '80's, and you would send out for stuff with proofs-of-purchase plus shipping and handling and wait six to eight weeks for delivery? Ah, the good old days. That's why I never complained whilst waiting for my Operation: Rescue Doc figure to arrive.
I understand that ordering online is supposed to take out the hassle and expedite things, but you still have to remember that none of these systems are fool-proof, because they are still, at some point, prone to human error, up to and including the automated systems developed by human minds. All you can do is keep at it until things get right.
