For this reason I quit collecting Star Wars figures long ago. I like Snake Eyes and storm Shadow, but how many versions do I have to wait through to see some of the other orriginals made for the 25th line. Maybe like Trip Wire, Alpine, Cover Girl, Scrap Iron, Rip Cord, Wet Suit, Tunnel Rat. I know I left out several that would be an equally excellent choice for the 25th line. Just trying to make a point. Is anyone out there who cares, or will I see endless versions of one character?
And more vehicles are much desired.... Dragon Fly, Water Mochasin, killer whale ect. |

sure we can have all those!
all we have to do is re-color the arms and swap them out I am sure that the crimson guard helmet would make a excellent copperhead. perhaps we can use that lady jaye head with the hat as the new 'cutter' just paint a mousetache on it. as far as torch goes we can use him as use his upper body as the one for FALCON GUY WITH THE BIRD HEAD AND CLAW FEET as WELL BIG BOA AND "THRASHER" FROM THE DREADKNOCKS AND MONKEY WRENCH TO.. ALSO WHILE WE ARE IT WE CAN USE HIS BODY FOR QUICK KICK.. AND STEAL STORMSHADOWS SASH.. See how easy it is I can do this all day long :P Hasbro = Pirates. But damn it... I am addicted to... :( |

What's the big deal? All of these will come in time. Just don't buy the repaints if you don't want them. There is no law that says you have to buy everything they put out. Just get what you want. Too many people seem to subcribe to the all or nothing approach. They think they have to buy everything, but as soon as something is released that they don't want and are "forced" to buy, they get pissed and talk about dropping the line. How does that manke any sense?
Anyway this topic has been discussed to death. Bottom line = repaints make the line more profitable and there for allow for more unique figures latter on. |
