Hi all! What is your favorite GI Joe line(s) of dialogue? (can be from anything: filecards, comics, animation, movie, etc..)
ex: '80's animation: Shipwreck "So are you going to pay my fee and get out of here, or stick around and pray for urban renewal?" ex: DDP comic #25 Sepentor VS Cobra Commander. C Cmdr tricks Serpentor with a helmet bomb to the face and says: "You were engineered with such potential Serpentor. But you lack the most important DNA of all....MINE." Cmdr kicks Serpentor off a sheer cliff.

I've always said the line that sold me on the Joe cartoon comes from the first episode...
Duke knocks Scarlett out of the way of Cobra's fire, she says, "You could have just said look out." He responds, "Didn't you read my green sheet? It says man of action." Totally love that line. As for the comics...Roadblocks scene with the guy burning the flag, where the guy says something about Roadblock threatening to shot him when people are stealing IBM typerwriters, and Roadblock says, "No one ever died for a typewriter." Again classic. |

God there's just so many, I wouldn't even know where to start. The one that has always been stuck in my head all these years was from G.I. Joe: The Movie:
Serpentor: "Do as you're told like an obedient lackey." |
