As much as I love the Sky Hawk/Ghost Hawk, I have to agree with Tanksmasher about the fuel. I always wondered where it would carry the fuel, since there are no lines attached to the engines and neither the wings nor the rear part of the vehicle are big enough to hold fuel.

A lot of Joe & Cobra vechiles are based on both real word & never developed designs. (with Hasbro tweeks.) I'm sure Ghost Hawk was never a workable vechile, but I could easily see it as a 60-70 era concept prototype.
Oddly enough the best/weirdest example I can think of, of a real world Joe vechile is the Joe Moble Command center, (Its the one thats a direct rip off of the Jawa sandcrawler.) The USSR actually made it, I remember seeing it on the news back in the 80s. I doubt these things were easily deployed buy I suspect others on here would know more than I do. |
