Windtalker is a good one for a commo guy. But it's not Marine specific. The original Windtalkers were Army. Nonetheless, a cool name for a Joe!

I've never heard them connected to the Army. The Army did use Cherokee, Choctaw and Comanche Code Talkers, but not with the same success as the Marines with the Navajo.
