I'm so angry at myself - I had recently bought an unbuilt original '85 Weapon Transport, built it up the other day, and promptly threw away the plastic "trees".
I opened up Bellomo's book for a little light reading before bed last night, and discovered that I hadn't noticed that there was a friggin' antenna that was supposed to go on there! And this was GARBAGE DAY! So yeah, it's long gone. If only I had picked up the book the night before... :( I keep telling myself at least it wasn't something super expensive that I lost, but it's still annoying. I could only find one on Ebay so I BINed it right away to get the piece and get over my stupid mistake. Anyone have any similar stories?

The stupidest thing I've done Joe-wise is collect the damn things in the first place.

I spent $300 on a mint lot on ebay that turned out to be far from mint. I confronted the seller who made all sorts of promises that she didn't keep and by the time I realized it, it was too late for negative feedback. All in all the lot was probably worth about $175 bucks, as there were some good things in it, but it was the principle of the thing.

That's why I still have plastic trees from the Drednok Tri-Cycle and the Stargate Awe Striker

I have always kicked myself for passing on a resolute 5 pack at target for 6.97.
It's like dropping your keys in a volcano. Let 'em go, cause baby, they're gone.

I did get those Resolute packs for 6.97, and 1 conquest for that price as well, but this was at an out-of-town target when I was traveling. Earlier that same day (i.e. the day of the markdown), I decided not to go to MY Target, cause nothing was likely marked down more, and MY Target had about 10 Cobra Rattlers still!!! So I could have loaded up on Rattlers for CHEAP! Instead, I'm sure some scalper got them.
