You can get decent silk balaclavas through cheaperthandirt.com I think they ran about $8 each last time I looked. The underarmor ones though are muuch nicer, even with the logo.
You can get cobra logo patches by doing some looking around online. Have seen them in several different sizes on that auction site. For iron ons...honestly the home printed iron ons work out just fine on a white t-shirt. For heavier materials or on dark colors, they just don't work out. Web gear, check your local area for a military surplus store, they should have what ya want for decent prices. The expensive part is coming up with enough pouches and stuff to put on them to look like the webgear is properly filled. Tac vests, you'll find your best price points on that auction site again, but if you have a specific look, check military surplus sites, and paintball sites, you can sometimes find good prices that way. You get 3 Sheets for about $6.00 at Wal-Mart or $8 a jo-ann. |

Eh, my experience shows that the dark colors transfer sheets don't work all that well either. (They go on, but they wear out and come back off much faster than the ones for light colors)

Try getting a neoprene facemask from a motorcycle shop. I got mine when I worked at Chicago Harley, and it gives plenty at the bottom of the neck to tuck into a shirt/turtleneck... and it was like 10 bucks
