Do you want a reboot in the vein we saw when dd first started or like we saw with ae where continuity is in tact but the team starts off fresh, or would you like a total reboot that does not take into account any of the past marvel or dd events. This is the question as to how the fans think the comic should be going forward should IDW get the license in the next couple of months

You know if you are a DC comics fan and you can wrap your mind around the concept of the multiverse then you can just accept the story for what it is.... good or bad. I don't think it makes a difference as long as it is good. After all what would be worse, to have a good story starting from scratch or stay along the lines that have been drawn and F everything up?

My thought is do the dead stay dead? Most of the continuity is great but dd killed off an awful lot of important characters, what do you do about that? I really hate to see lady jay, Mainframe, Monkeywrench, Flash, stay dead. In the same vein I wish hawk was not in a wheel chair. I am torn. There is so much wonderful stuff in the past but recently some not so great stuff.

voted for a total reboot..as with any comic being written by different people after a while the story gets confusing, a fresh start would give newcomers an excellent place to start and make the comic feel fresh without coping out like joe reloaded

Isn't it already official that IDW got the license and that Hasbro told them not to publish until 2009? Following a reboot. making these next few issues the last of the current continuity. True / no-true?

i'd say no reboot, but there are a lot of comic events i could live without. If they kept personalities in tact, I wouldn't mind a reboot. Quick Kick would appreciate it too.
