If anyone has it apart, I need measurements on it. We make all kinds of weird shapes at work and want to fabricate this piece out of fiberglass. I need, width, length and thickness. I'm guessing its about 5 foot long, 4 inches wide and an eigth thick.. Any help would be appreciated! |

A company called SEM makes it and I know they have 3-5 shades of white. I use it all the time at my work on plastics and it works fantastic. It dries way faster than paint and almost impossible to get runs (as long as you have some spray painting expeirence.) Clean all your pieces with simple green then spray the dye. I recommend a clearcoat when finished. Same company makes clearcoat too. Nice score on the Flagg btw, can't wait till one of those is sitting in my house. |

Nice score! I was shocked when I finally got mine as to how big this thing really is. Right now I have it set up on a bar in the basement. It's an absolute beauty in my eyes. I too could not pass up the price I paid for it, I bought the Flagg, and Terror Drome for $350. I drove all day from MI to PA and it was worth every penny, and every minute I spent driving. Both of these are 99.5% complete.

I haven't seen 1 of these in 20 years, and when I did it was only once when I was a kid, and I must say this thing is HUGE!I'm not quite sure what to do with it yet, I'll decide in a few days, but for today I'll look at it 30 times amazed I actually have this Giant......

Just started stripping off the stickers, cleaning the super structure and repainting it white, spent 5 hours on it today.
Ordered some parts off ebay, didn't realize what a chore this is going to be If you want to trade your Roddy Piper convention figure for it than by all means |

My brother and I had one each. Sadly they are gone. What an exquisitely crafted toy.

Flagg coming along nicely, added some parts, started repainting the super structure. When it was just a shell it wasn't that pleasing, but now after doing some work, its really starting to grow on me, I may end up keeping it after all.Screw my schedule
Will post pics after I finish the paint job this week. Any small parts you have lying around, just hit me up and I'll let you know if I need it. Also, any guys who have a full text version of the parts list from yojoe.com who can forward it my way would be great, the link there is dead. |

Looking good. What color, and brand paint did you use? I'm glad to see you're sticking with this project.

Krylon I believe, classic white. Not much paint in them little cans, and at 5 bucks apiece I still need 2 more.
I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but after seeing it come together slowly, it sank in a bit My family thinks I'm nuts for being 32 and still playing with toy boats.......... |
