I'll just be happy if my 2 year old daughter takes an interest in GI Joes.

My two boys (now 4 and 7) opened about $1500 worth of packaged items one day while I was working on the computer (When the house is quiet, Hell is in your home!).
Lucky for them, it was all going to be opened anyway, but it did suck to have to figure out what parts went to which toy because they had them spread out under two beds, in two closets, and in 2 toy boxes. It took me a week to straighten out the toys but only about 5 minutes to straighten out the boys. They don't touch anything anymore, if they want a toy, I buy them a toy, but they know never to touch mine (or the store product) again.

Before I invested in a shitload of stands, I used to be awakened by the sound of domino effect action figures tumbling over.
Even after the stands, it still happened with those wretched red Battle Droids. Worthless. |

I'm getting my 19 month old Godson ready to play with Gi Joe's. I gave him one of the TRU Vamp that came with the twin battle gun set as well as a 25th white ace and comic pack snake eyes/red hood stormshadow and he love them. His mom tells me he puts all three of them in the Vamp and makes the vrooomm, vrooomm sounds. It's so cute when he looks at my display shelf with all my loose figures. I wanna find a junker devilfish so he can play with it in the tub or the small pool during the summer. I'm sure as he gets older I will need to explain to him what he can play with and what to leave alone.

My would have been step daughter (still my princess by the way) got a hold of my vintage MIB Y-Wing fighter. The little twerp ripped one pf the flaps off. I cried then took her out for ice cream.
