Ditto! Except replace the Rott with a Mutt and the Ferret with a vintage Zartan.

Most of the kids who come into my house know better than to touch my Joes. Afew weeks ago my wife's sister comes to visit and brings her 4yo old daughter. Now my youngest nephew had been staring in awe at my figures when she walked in, and he explains to her how cool they are, but kids aren't allowed to touch. She then immediately reaches out and picks up Timber. I see this and begin having a coronary, but Emily sees my response and rolls her eyes saying "Its not like it will break", in perfect imitation of my wife.

Not a parent yet, but I'm pretty sure that the ridiculous amount of $ I have invested in TOYS to make myself feel young, will pale in comparisson to the joy I feel watching my kids enjoy them. What the heck am I going to do with all this stuff? Lock it up and refuse to let my kids ever touch Yellow Stalker, or that Best of the 80's pack because it's way too valuable to me. I can't wait to say "treat them just like I treated mine fellas, I'll get the bottle rockets and B.B. gun". Of course I have four of everything so it will take awhile for them to destroy it all, but more power to what matters right (the kids, not the chinese plastic).

Also, having been blessed by God to be born in the great state of Georgia, I am pretty sure that it violates several laws of man and nature to call yourself "Dawg" anything and garnish that awful spanish symbol of impotence for an avatar. If you look up Dawg in Websters you will find that it is synonymous with GATORHATER my friend. Which is Polish for oxymoron.

My son broke my DCUIH Classic Atom just the other day.
He's broken some other stuff. He used to break it, and then hide it. I would find the stuff weeks later. |
