BBTS has always been good to me. I had a set that came with a pretty crappy figure that almost immediately broke and they gave me a discount, even though it was something I don't think they were really responsible for. I blame HIYA. But it knocked a decent chunk off a vehicle I was already happy with and they offered it immediately. I also like their pile of loot feature as I'm normally not in a rush for the things I lock preorders in on that site. Certain items they get later than everyone else, but they don't charge you until they have it, they make it easy to cancel and adjust payment methods, so it makes planning pretty easy. In some cases I think they have even gone ahead and done payment plans for lines where everything was expected at once to work with preorderes. Your pile of loot could end up being pretty substantial and the shipping will still be that flat rate.

Mine does. It's a manufacturing flaw, I reckon. It's not big enough to be a big deal to me. I can't remember if the Afterlife version had the "dent" too (I didn't own it long because I just didn't dig the rust & dirt aesthetic). The toy itself is awesome, but definitely overpriced at $60. They had to put a ton of work into resculpting a lot of it from the Afterlife version though, so the price is sorta justified. It's crazy how many little differences there are between the two versions.

I just wanted to add my experience with bbts as I have ordered a ton of stuff over the years and they have always packed it well. Once I had an issue with a product (a mask, not a toy actually) that had a defect. They told me to just throw it out and sent me a replacement.
Sometimes pre-orders take longer than other places to arrive, but the $4 shipping is hard to beat, especially if you use the pile of loot feature and have a bunch of stuff shipped at once.
