Those books are awesome. I'm glad I got mine when they were still only $20 apiece. They're going for a lot more these days.
I don't have my copies in front of me because I'm on lunch break, but *most* of the season one stuff is in volume 1. I think that's the book HF "Duke" is in. |

I like this SHARC design. Curious to see how the Classified team re-imagines it if/when.

In my head-canon, the Blind Hermit/Woodsman was our first glimpse of Zartan.

This concept, only once made into reality, is now back to being just a concept again.
I doubt they'll ever make this action figure again, but just for fun, let's add the 1987 mail order action figure, The Fridge, to this thread. I enjoyed the Larry Hama comment regarding football from that file card.

As to why Z named Timber and sent him packing with SE? Simple. Zartan is a cat owner. No idea why there were two Timbers in the scene where CG drives the canister/bomb out of HQ, though. |

He was a national sensation at that point on a team where even offensive linemen were raking in huge money for endorsements.
There was not a kid in the Midwest that year that could not name all eleven players on both sides of the ball (I am only being slightly hyperbolic), and he was in there playing running back and throwing passes just for fun. |
