Serpentor vs Cobra Commander

Which one would cause Cobra to end and not survive?

I voted Cobra Commander because he started Cobra and to a large degree it is based on his own vision for the world.

If Serpentor were the leader, he would alter Cobra. And if he died or was removed, someone else would take over and alter Cobra some more. That doesn't happen with Cobra Commander firmly in place.

Cobra-La is just a myth.

Cobra did just fine before Serpentor came along and will do just fine without him.
