So...what if instead of build-a-figure, GI Joe waves came with build-a-vehicle parts?

What vehicles do you think would fit into this paradigm? The most obvious build-a-vehicle would be Zartan's swamp skier. What else is there?

Agreed. Plus one of the reasons we get as many accessories packed in with Classified figures as we do is that there's no build-a-whatever part shoved in the box. I don't want to sacrifice anything for a dumb gimmick.

Yeah, I hate the BAF concept. I definitely don't want to see it show up in some of the other lines I collect, like Masterverse and Classified.

The only BAF I have is Solomon Grundy, but that was a decently done BAF, as every figure involved was a great choice... not a bunch of lame, D-list Marvel characters with a couple repaints of A-listers.

Hard no.

I had to resort to a 3D print to finish my MASS device because Hasbro underproduced the final set. Build-a-anything is too risky.
