Wrong. It IS true. In the state of Tennessee if a design or work of art is altered or changed by a provable 20% it's fair game. I have been the victim of this and couldn't do shit about it. State law trumps fed in these cases. Providing anyone actually gives a shit.

Throughout history art has been stolen and re-used repeatedly. It's the very nature of art and movements. "If it's stolen it's stolen." while true, seldom matters in the world of art. If you don't agree it doesn't matter because the REALITY is evident.

In this case S7 appropriated a very old US Navy carrier crew shirt design. This asshole reappropriated a reappropriation. It happens all the time.
