now's the time to contact people from the gijoe customs community you knew 20 years ago and say "hey, have you heard of this campaign? did you join it? they're giving away a free figure if they hit 300 backers can you tip a buck to help unlock it?" after not speaking to them for almost 15 years because you spaced out of that community because your life was a fucking mess and hope it's not weird.

and you have to do it, because you realize you've known chad and matt for as long and you want their thing to super succeed. so it makes it ok, even though it might be weird.

that is if you didnt get your wife to tip. or brother. or brother in law. or girlfriend. or boyfriend. or legal age child with a credit card. whatever. i only have one of those things so that's all i can do. that's why i'm reaching out to a friend from 20 years ago today.
