With (as of this second) $7,049 to go to fund the first wave, I am getting hopeful. Seems to be picking up steam. Hopefully Joefest will really boost numbers!

Oh, I saw this kickstarter but didn't realize it was connected to Chad Ghost! That raises the profile significantly.

True. It's a nice chunk of change.

I think that if this can get the first wave funded in a couple of days that more people will support this, if only the folks who want specific wave 2 or 3 figures. Once people know it will actually happen, FOMO might kick in.

I really hope this funds. I have backed (again).

The Dragonfly is a cool thing (tbh I was much, much more interested in the Hiss Tank, and I almost backed it but ultimately I'm not a 6 inch collector) but I really believe this kickstarter plays to a different crowd from the Gi Joe Classified one.

Agreed.

On the flipside, it?s looking more and more like even those O-ring Joe/Transformer crossovers have been put on hold/canceled. If you want O-ring stuff, these Kickstarters are the way to go.

I dunno, between the Dragonfly appearing and Joefest being right at the end of the kickstarter (where all the folks will have already spent a ton of cash) I am not seeing good things on the horizon for this project, as much as I love the product.
