This really ought to exclude V2 SE. It's not even a debate worth having. That figure is one of the greatest toys ever made.

Went with Flint. SE seems like he is in his own universe. With everyone else on the list, Flint stands out to me, as I recall him back in the day as a kid. That cool black beret, his shotgun and web gear with shells, and his rolled up sleeves with his gloves, for taking care of business with his fists, when the shotgun went dry, just all looked cool and made Flint seem like a very formidable man not to be messed with.

Timber, Uzi and sword pulled me in, but I loved Flint and CG

Wow, you know what? That was an unintentional oversight entirely.
Sad. But it raises the question, why not graduate T'Jbang to be Snake-Eyes?

‘85 is probably the best year for Joes in my opinion. So many iconic characters. This was definitely my best year of joes in my childhood. I had most of the figures, but could never find Lady Jaye or Shipwreck. I remember wanting Shipwreck so bad lol. I had to vote for Snake Eyes though, because it is THE most popular character of the decade by far. I remember finding him as a kid at a Kmart and bugging my mom intensely for an advance on my allowance to buy him. I also remember taking a Lamprey apart and kitbashing him with a Blowtorch figure too lol.

Hama took one step in right direction by killing Snake Eyes, only to take two steps back by replacing him with Throwdown and Dawn Moreno.

Did you get the TF version? When I saw TF, the Flint stood out to me again. I guess it was such a great sculpt in any colors.

It must have been found in a back room or warehouse.

I was all about the hype. Had the SE, loved the wolf, all the accessories, but it's funny how your perspectives change when you are an adult.
If I can think of anything that is a negative about the 85 Snake Eyes it's Timber. I guess it's really not a big issue, but for a wolf he's way too small. Of all the Joe animal companions, Order is the biggest. And German Shepherds are big, but Timber should be much larger. Junkyard could have been a little bigger too.
