A quick search shows that Laprade was a social media copywriter for Hasbro. I'm sure he knows more about the company than anyone on the outside would, but I really doubt that anyone with that position would have the most accurate read on the company's direction and values.

I'd be grateful if anyone here wants to do a summary of his little YouTube tour, but I'm not really expecting a lot out of him.

Actually, I'd think somebody tasked with re-wording what the boss actually means into customer-palatable pablum would make that person *quite* suitable to knowing what the company's really doing once on the other side to be receiving that pablum.

That?s not what a social media copywriter does. Hasbro is a publicly traded company. What they?re doing is public knowledge. I mean what ?secrets? could there possibly be? It?s a toy company, not the CIA.
