My Mindbender figure arrived the other day. I need to invest some imagination into giving these figures personalities. Looking at Mindbender, shirtless, yet bizarrely "ripped" for what I'd think of as a person who wouldn't have time or interest to "pump iron 2 hours / day"--he begs for a back story to tie the details together. Haha, these Cobra villains... CC would have to be a better leader than I had previously imagined just to keep these people on the same team.

You can't beat Serpentor's over-the-top presentation. He should come back only to stick around as a brand manager for Cobra with special Mindbender pharmaceuticals to keep him calm and compliant with only the occasional murderous outburst. RIP random Cobra sales officer. Maybe he could hang out with Tomax & Xamot and branch off with those guys at some point.

I'd have Mindbender create something like Cortex Commander https://super7.com/products/the-wors...rtex-commander (I love this design haha!) as if he was holding back the full intelligence that a man flying a wind-catching snake hovercraft while wearing a wind-catching snake helmet could have used from the beginning.

As much as i hate super7's ego, i would have a hard time talking myself out of getting anything from a the worst o-ring line.

Especially captain dreadstar, who i have as a oring wip and phantom starkiller (who i already made an oring custom of)

Yeah, the quality is definitely suspect, but I love this design too much to let it go. Cheesy Bond-villain style is my bread & butter. It's not like he needs to be posed dynamically anyway. He'll go great next to Mindbender's specimen jars.

Oh it's just a pipe dream I've had since the comic pack figure came out. I doubt we're gonna get Serpy on the big screen anytime soon.
