Nah, be glad you missed it. But if you really do want to experience something similar, no worries, just wait awhile. It's typical nerd-culture shittiness and it'll come back around soon enough.

Let?s not forget the users here who tracked target and Walmart trucks, cussed out innocent employees at said locations and spend a huge portion of their time dissecting sku numbers for possibles.
If that ain?t fucking nuts I don?t know what is. Imagine if they dumped that kind of energy into ther family, wives or 9-5. |

I've consistently been collecting GIJoe since 2003, I think it's the club stuff I missed out on most cause I thought the prices for the FSS figures were outrageous for the time

Holy shit! I had completely forgotten about that until you just mentioned it now! Someone on here saw the video or photo and figured it out, right?!

That's because they were outrageous, and most of the figures really weren't worth standard retail MSRP, let alone what they were asking. I have no regrets on passing that stuff up, but I also understand why they were priced that way and why plenty of people bought them. I did buy a few things from their "we're shut!" sale that I later sold on ebay for a helluva lot more than I was expecting, so they're also a good "investment" if you look at this stuff in those terms (or were...I dunno how long they'll command stupid money).

I think so...I think you could see the packaging through the bag or one of the figure numbers or something like that. Shit, remember when guys were shooting at each other in Target parking lots over Pokemon cards? Proud day to be a collector!

Hahaha If I remember right, I think it may have been either Duke and Scarlett or Destro and Duke in his bag? I seem to remember it being only 2 figures in his bag. Now I can't remember.
Yeah, forgot about the Pokemon card rash of violence. Nuts. There was some toy violence back in the early '80s when Cabbage Patch Kid dolls came out, think it was X-Mas '83? Those made soccer moms go berserk and riot! LOL!!!

I think you're the first person I've seen actually say the Snake Eyes movie was "decent".

Man I'd cancel Classified and replace it with the Collector's Club in a heartbeat if I could.
