- CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. It's horrid. You can read the threads and see that it's the only thing that is driving people away from collecting the line.
--- Botched / hacked rollouts of exclusives on Pulse - with not enough product to meet demand.
--- Pre-Orders continue to not ship on time - with no updates on their status. Unacceptable.
--- "Retail Partners" that are seemingly hurting rather than helping. From the beginning Target has been a fiasco... no other word for it.
--- Windowless Packaging that will eliminate a large percentage of the collector base.
--- No updates about products that had been revealed long ago - specifically the O-Ring re-launch.

- ALL Joes, except for Snake Eyes, should come with an 'un-masked' head. This is a crucial part of the storytelling. COBRA hides their faces. JOE doesn't. Figures like Barbecue, Beachhead and Torpedo need to come with an alternate unmasked head.

- Blast Effects & Stands. Heck, just make a Classified Battle Pack with guns, helmets and everything - just like the good old days.

- Something feels 'off' about Falcon's head. Perhaps its the face print tech? Lips seem too purple-ish?

Today during PulseCon, the team mentioned that CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM goes a long way in helping them during the design process. With that being said, how 'bout we band together and have a dedicated thread collecting our suggestions and thoughts. We can pin a list to the top of the thread. Emily and the team can have a one-stop spot to read what we think.

Remember the key word - "constructive" criticism.

Honestly, I could care less about unmasked heads. I collect Lightning Collection so I have bags of unused civilian heads. Same goes for the Legends figures with alternate heads. I'd rather have accessories and tools than unmasked heads.

100% agree. Extra gear or items are more interesting to me than faces I have no attachment to.

People who say they prefer "constructive criticism" often mean they only want to respond to specific criticism by content rather than by tone. It's a convenient and untrue parlay to avoid dealing with questions and critiques they do not wish to engage with.

If they capital-t *Truly* mean constructive criticism, then here you go:

1) It would be an utter delight if you could ship us the products we ordered 6 months to nearly a year ago or provide an update on their whereabouts, please and thankyou. Those of us with over $1,000 in preorders from Hasbro Pulse and $0 in preorders from other retailers would like to know, bless your precious little hearts.

2) Pretty pretty please with a cherry on top, please provide some update as to whether or not O-Ring is part of any plans for the GI Joe brand in the next 12 months.

I agree. Stands should always be available on Pulse and packed in with every figure. And blast effects should be readily available in bundles on Pulse as well.

Also agree about the alternate unmasked heads for all Joe figures. It's what sets the good guys apart from the bad guys.

They really really need to create small vehicle sets. Instead of having a figure/small vehicle two pack, why not do vehicle sets that are a little bigger without the figure? Tell me you wouldn’t want to see a polar battle bear when Snow Job comes out. Or a JUMP set? Or a Claw or SNAKE armor? This way you could buy multiples and wouldn’t need to have a bunch of extra figures you don’t want, and it could stay at a cheaper price point so it would attract the big box stores.

Or pack the small vehicles in with army builders instead of named characters. Good way to get green shirts and cobra troopers.
