You would also want to start a YouTube channel and start buying Hasbro stock. If you became a big enough of a shareholder you then be able to get in contact with individual that you won't.

As far as getting a clear and concise answer to your question, you won't. How you will know if they acted on your suggestion is if you see it put into motion. I help that this helps.

Why does it need to be official? My personal head canon is superior to anything official in a lot of ways. For example, in my JOEverse in private C.C. and Destro call the Baroness by her nickname Stasi and Stasi calls Destro Jamie behind closed doors. Also, the Baroness is Baron Ironblood's daughter and they're a part of the Borovian nobility. In a major chess move C.C. uses the Red Shadows and S.K.A.R. as a distraction to get COBRA Command in a power position and after Iron Klaw and Baron Ironblood serve their usefulness he has them killed. Even if the stuff you wanted as it pertains to the Dreadnok Twins was official canon it would get lost in the minutiae of JOE lore, (e.g. the fact that Snake Eyes was always a ninja, Major Bludd has Gen. Flagg's dog tags as a trophy, Freestyle is a U.S. citizen, Scarlett having short hair or wearing her hair down is canon, a sling shot is Scarlett's weapon of last resort and the JOE motto is "Honor, Duty, Courage."

Maybe they are not mentioning Zandar being her brother(twin or otherwise) because there isn't a plan to bring out his figure. Why mention someone that consumers will never see?

Mentioning Zartan on Zarana's bio makes sense because, yes, they are related but Zartan is also a figure that has already been released in the line and customers can put a face to a name. This could drive customers to buy other figures to 'complete' the family. Then, if there ever is a Zandar figure, he gets a mention on their site.

If there's one thing I'd like to see put together here, it's the decades worth of unknown facts from Tankers that could easily be lost over time, whether it's details on toy production or obscure lore like you just mentioned I'd like to see this site start documenting it
