While both Cobra and or the Decepticons were a little clumsy at times they did have some interesting ideas/ways to conquer.

So, who in your opinion was more dangerous? Cobra or the Decepticons of the Transformers?

Decepticons definitely. Cobra never threatened to drain the planet dry and leave it a burned out husk. Cobra still has to live here. The Decepticons were making a pitstop.

The Transformers Beast Wars Megatron.
Due to timetravel heres a few of his plans:

1. Kill the primitive human race so humans could never enter the Autobot Decepticon War. Would have succeeded if Dinobot hadn't sacrificed himself to buy time for the humans to scatter.

2. He entered the Ark and blew off Optimus Primes head while Prime was in stasis so that the Autbots would lose the war in the future. Would have succeeded if Optimus Primal hadn't become a temporary host to Optimus Primes Spark.

3. Stole Generation 1 Megatrons Spark and kept it hostage in his body so no one could kill him without destroying the timeline. Held the spark hostage till the end of the series.

4. Used the Decepticon warship "The Nemesis" to try and blow up the Ark to kill all the original cast Autobots and Decepticons both. Before he was finally beaten.

Beast Wars Megatron was a megalomaniac that was willing to destroy the timeline to ensure a future where the Decepticons never lost. He was even willing to kill his namesake to ensure that the Earth stranded Transformers and their human allies couldn't enter the war and eventually free Cybertron from 4 million years of Shockwave led Decepticon rule. And he almost succeeded several times.

I'd probably put Prime Megatron a close second. Then G1. Then Marvel Comics Shockwave. But unquestionably, BW Megatron was the GOAT for evil plans.

100% Decepticons. They didn't care about life on the planet. If destroying everything got them what they wanted, they were all for it. At one point they even summoned Cybertron into Earth's vicinity, which played tremendous havoc on the planet.

Cobra, on the other hand, wanted to take over the world, but not kill everyone. What's the point of taking over a barren wasteland?

Idk guys in the dic series Cobra stole a whole bunch of shaving cream so they could release CFC into the air to destroy the ozone so they could sell every person on the planet a week's supply of sunscreen for $500 a person. Lol

I think that Cybertron in Earth's orbit plan has been done about 5 times now. You'd think we'd have a defense by now. We're so stupid. ��
