yeah, France's version of 12in Joe/Action Man was named 'Group Action Joe'. I dug into that when I was researching AM for my fan-fic back in 2010... The French figures all had names, as did the German and, IIRC, Italian ones. Germany and France also had several female figures unlike the UK, which, AFAIK, didn't get a female AM figure until Natalie Poole in the 90s.

Going through the Dutch page Tyroc linked to, I came up with 2 more.

Dutch version of Blizzard, Snow Storm. And Dutch version of Cold Front, Glacier

"Glacier" has the same filename and birthplace as the US Cold Front, but holds the rank of Captain.
"Snow Storm" how ever was born in Sneek, Netherlands and his File name is IJsbrand de Winter.

Joes, unless they are stated as being born on foreign soil. You could make a case they they could have dual citizenship if they have more western Romanised names though.
