So I have a few ideas for a GI Joe video game and I'm curious to know which you think is the best.
A: GI Joe adventure game where Snake Eyes is the central & silent protagonist and only playable character, the other Joes are present as NPCs. The story follows Snake Eyes as he is deployed by Colton to eliminate the Cobra Commander once and for all. Throughout his mission, he encounters a wide array of familiar foes like Destro, Baroness, Firefly, Zartan, and of course Storm Shadow. Storm Shadow defects from COBRA midway through the story with the revelation that Firefly and Zartan killed his uncles the Soft and Hard Masters and they were hired by Cobra Commander to do so. Gameplay-wise it would have similar gameplay to Batman Arkham City or Assassin's Creed where Snake Eyes has both stealth and combat encounters in the came. He can seethe and draw his Katana for combat and his guns can be used as quick-fire weapons. In stealth, Snake Eyes has a wide array of takedowns he can use against his foes with his Kitana and hands. He can also aim his guns to get clean shots at his enemies. The USS Flag can serve as a hub for Snake Eyes to select his next mission both for the campaign or sidequests. Side quests will see Snake Eyes take on the Red Shadows with Storm Shadow to put them out of business. The main menu will feature bonus stealth and combat maps players can put Snake Eyes in for fun. Storm Shadow would also be an alternative playable character in the bonus combat and stealth maps. This will be a single-player game. B: GI Joe tactical shooter where you command a squad of four Joes for each mission. Snake Eyes isn't a playable character, but he is treated as a special unit you can command for select missions. The squad of Joes changes between missions. One mission you'd have a unit that includes Duke, Flint, Roadblock, & Beach Head, the next you'd have a team of Duke, Flint, Scarlett, & Lady Jaye, and then after that you'd have Flint, Beach Head, Roadblock, & Heavy Duty on a squad. Before each mission, you get to pick which Joe you want to play as. The story would follow the Joes as they learn of COBRA's plan to blackmail the US government and other governments into submitting their political power to the Cobra Commander. He plans to do this using a satellite laser capable of turning entire cities to dust that COBRA built. The Joes will face off against foes such as Destro, Baroness, Firefly, Krake, Mad Monk, Major Bludd, and Scrap Iron. The gameplay will be similar to games like Ghost Recon and Spec Ops the Line. Players can give commands to AI companions to shoot select targets or revive you or downed allies. There would also be a mark and execute order akin to the one in Ghost Recon Future Soldier. Players can perform melee takedowns using knives that you can customize like the Halo assassinations in close quarters. The characters will have three weapons on them, their signature weapon, a secondary weapon, and a pistol. Examples of signature weapons include Scarlett's crossbow and Lady Jaye's javelin launcher. The signature weapons are defaults and can't be traded for other weapons the secondary weapons and pistols can be swapped out. All weapons can be customized, customizations can include adding scopes, suppressors, and umbrellas to the weapons. Both the Rock and USS Flagg will serve as hub worlds in the game. Players will play as Colton in the Rock and Hawk in the USS Flag both characters will examine the situations at hand and view missions and side missions. They're also both playable characters in missions. For side missions, characters will choose which characters they place on their units as they stop the schemes of Dr. Mindbender and Serpentor from trying to use COBRA's arsenal of weapons for their own plans of World Domination. There will be a horde mode in the main menu where you can play as any Joe you want to as they fight armies of COBRA soldiers and vipers. There even be an assault mode where you can play as whatever COBRA character you want as they attack the Joes and claim their bases. This will be a multiplayer game with both local and online multiplayer. The campaign will only have two players and it would be a third-person shooter. C. A mix of both games. The game will have two stories, a longer story that's the primary story of the game and a smaller secondary story that players can play through as well. Think of Gears of War Judgement and how there was the Aftermath campaign in addition to the game's main story. The primary campaign will be the third-person GI Joe tactical shooter proposed in option B. Same story, gameplay, and bonus features. In addition to that, there would be a Snake Eyes campaign that loosely follows the story of the Silent Interlude which is unlocked after completing the main story and as started when you interact with Snake Eyes in the hubs. The Snake Eyes gameplay is the same as it was in pitch A. The side quests and bonus maps are the same for the first pitch. The Joe campaign will enable local and online co-op, the Snake Eyes campaign is strictly single-player. D. A chapter-driven GI Joe game where each chapter is devoted to someone on the GI Joe or COBRA side. Think of a game like Transformers Fall of Cybertron. Most of the characters will play as characters in third-person shooters with a unique feature as well as their signature weapons. Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow will have a more Arkhamverse Esque gameplay to them in their chapters. The plot will follow the GI Joe/COBRA war as it escalates to new heights starting with COBRA attacking the Rock and then the Joes launching a full-scale attack on COBRA Island. Give me a multi-player shooter/rpg in the borderlands mold. But with a cast of more than just 4 characters to choose from...

i want to play as chuckles fighting a drug cartel. the further away from snake eyes the game is the more i want it.
